Each founder will complete a short intake form one to two weeks before kickoff so I have full context on their business going into Week 1.
A dedicated WhatsApp group runs for the duration of the programme so founders have direct support between sessions. After the final session, founders move into the private alumni LinkedIn group, where peer support and ongoing connections continue beyond the programme.
