      Sell Smarter in 6 Weeks is a practical sales growth system for SME founders and owner-managers, built around turning visibility into revenue. Most founders have grown their businesses on craft, reputation and referrals. Few have ever built a repeatable sales system, and even fewer know how to connect the visibility they create to the sales they need. The result is familiar: inconsistent sales activity, ad hoc follow-up, cautious pricing, and revenue that depends on the founder’s personal energy.

      This programme replaces that with a simple, repeatable sales system that creates pipeline, builds confidence and supports sustainable growth. Over six weeks, founders learn how to find and meet their ideal customers, build a working pipeline with real prospects, and apply the sales fundamentals they were never taught. They leave with a 90 day sales plan, templates and tools to keep it running.

      • Ongoing access to a private alumni LinkedIn group for peer support and connections beyond the programme
    • Who is the course for

      Owner-managers of SMEs who sell to businesses or consumers, have had little or no formal sales training, rely on referrals and personal network, and are ready to commit to six weeks of focused implementation. Ideal for founders who want a repeatable sales system rather than another sales course.

    • What is involved

      A six-week programme combining live training, individual coaching, implementation weeks, practical templates and peer accountability. Founders leave with a working sales system, not notes from a workshop.

      The programme covers four core themes:

      • Sales fundamentals most founders were never taught. How to run a discovery conversation that uncovers real need. How to position value so price becomes secondary. How to handle objections without becoming defensive or discounting. How to close with confidence rather than apology.
      • Finding and meeting customers where they are. How to identify where your ideal clients actually spend their time. How to build visibility that supports sales rather than competing with it. How to use referral, network and content channels to create inbound interest, not just outbound effort.
      • Sales structures and frameworks. The 5-step sales conversation. A qualification framework to stop wasting time on the wrong prospects. A pipeline structure that works in any CRM or spreadsheet. Repeatable outreach sequences for LinkedIn, email and referrals.
      • Managing yourself through the sale. How to stay consistent when selling feels uncomfortable. How to protect time for sales when client work takes over. How to handle rejection. How to price confidently and stop undercharging.

      Schedule:

      • Week 1, Thursday 27 August, 11am to 2pm: 3 hour in-person kickoff workshop at The Mill, Drogheda
      • 1:1 Coaching Day, Tuesday 1 September, morning to early afternoon: 30 minute individual coaching call with Katie, focused on each founder’s specific business challenges
      • Week 2, Thursday 3 September, 12.30pm to 2pm: 90 minute live Zoom session
      • Week 3, w/c 7 September: implementation week with WhatsApp group support
      • Week 4, Thursday 17 September, 12.30pm to 2pm: 90 minute live Zoom session
      • Week 5, w/c 21 September: implementation week with WhatsApp group support
      • Week 6, Thursday 1 October, 12.30pm to 2pm: 90 minute live Zoom session

      Each founder will complete a short intake form one to two weeks before kickoff so I have full context on their business going into Week 1.

      A dedicated WhatsApp group runs for the duration of the programme so founders have direct support between sessions. After the final session, founders move into the private alumni LinkedIn group, where peer support and ongoing connections continue beyond the programme.
