About Skillnet Ireland
Skillnet Ireland is the national agency dedicated to the promotion and facilitation of workforce learning in Ireland. Our mission is to facilitate increased participation in enterprise training and workforce learning within Ireland’s small and medium enterprises (SME).
We believe that maintaining a highly skilled workforce is essential to our national competitiveness. Skillnet Ireland currently supports over 18,400 companies nationwide and provides a wide range of valuable learning experiences to over 70,000 trainees.

M1 Drogheda Chamber Skillnet is co-funded by Skillnet Ireland and member companies.
Skillnet Ireland actively supports and works with businesses in Ireland to address their current and future skills needs.
Skillnet Ireland allocates funding to Learning Networks, which are groups of companies within the same industry sector or region with similar training needs, so they can receive subsidised training.
Skillnet Ireland’s nationwide Learning Networks assist companies to identify the skills needed to develop their businesses. The design, sourcing and delivery of training is coordinated by the Skillnet Networks.
