M1 Drogheda Chamber Skillnet is a multi-sector learning network which provides subsidised training to local businesses across the North East.
We are committed to supporting regional growth and workforce development through the provision of quality, industry-led training. Our objective is to support the advancement of our member companies by identifying and addressing their technical and non-technical skills needs.
As a Social Care Organisation, we found that with increased competition in the sector it was becoming increasingly difficult to recruit employees that fit the criteria needed. We now give people an opportunity to change their career path, and work right here in Resilience Healthcare. Our programme includes a permanent role in our organisation & QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare which is sponsored by Resilience Healthcare. M1 Drogheda Chamber Skillnet have been fantastic in sourcing the course and they have been incredibly supportive since we started our relationship.
