Gerry brings a mixture of corporate insights as well as personal success to his inspirational talks. Clients include Facebook, Google, Aldi, SAP, Boston Scientific, Hewlett Packard, Coca Cola and British Gas. He has also authored three books including THE GOAL GETTER– ‘35 Different Ways to Reach Your Goals.

John joined Great Place to Work Ireland as CEO in January 2011. A business graduate of Dublin City University, John, initially started his career as a broadcast journalist, he went on to establish his own training and development company focused on delivering behavioural courses across a range of disciplines including strategic decision making and negotiation skills. He is an international trainer and speaker focusing on workplace success, culture, trust and wellbeing. A regular media contributor John is also a director of Mermaid Arts theatre in his home town of Bray Co. Wicklow.

In March 2018 Shona became the Skillnet Promoter for the new M1 Drogheda Chamber Skillnet and was elected President of the Drogheda & District Chamber in June 2018.
