Programme overview

Our COVID 19 Return to Work Planning Workshop is a virtual Training Course to prepare people/organisations for returning to work, post the COVID 19 Pandemic. The course is designed to give participants a “Road Map” for planning Return to Work protocols, based on the current advice available from the Department of Enterprise & Trade / HSE / Health & Safety Authority, and other government bodies.

The course is highly interactive with Break Out Workshops scheduled every 10-15 Minutes of 3-5 minutes duration to allow participants to build a “Roadmap for Recovery”. This course helps participants to get an understanding of the need for strategic planning based on the Plan, Do, Check and Act International Model, utilised in Quality and Safety Standards (ISO 9001:45001).

Learning Outcomes

This course is a PowerPoint Course – Group Discussion based on the current advice available from the Irish Government Departments/ the Health Service Executive (HSE), the Health & Safety Authority (HSA) and other relevant authorities.

Each participant will be provided in advance with a Microsoft Word Document, which is used during the course to allow participants to formulate a strategic Return to Work protocol.
