During the course participants will learn about Six Sigma, Lean principles and the practical application of these tools and techniques, as well as how they can actively direct, manage and participate in these projects.
The aim of the course is to enable learners to identify process problems in their workplace. They will then be able to identify weaknesses and understand the drivers of poor performance. From what is covered in the 4.5 days they will be able to select areas of improvement and develop and implement solutions.
The online training programme is structured across a 6 x ½ day programme
