“Make it easy to know what’s available”!
You might have heard me mention that before, but its an important guiding principle we are holding high.
Over the last few weeks we have been working to make things even easier for member companies (and companies that want to be) to talk about the workforce development topics they have. We have been co-designing solutions that are a fit for businesses in the region based on requests from businesses in the region.
… and here is another solution we have been working on ….. You can book time to chat directly in our Network Managers diary.

Yes … You can book a 25-minute slot to discuss your workforce topics with our Network Manager. This schedule is always up to date, and you get an automatic diary blocker, appointment reminders and link to a video call.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
Speaking of the introduction of the expansion of service Stephen said
“We want to be the first stop for businesses to consider when looking at the Learning and Development space. This is another step we are taking of walking that walk with member companies. This innovation, along with other digitalisation programs allows us to further develop our agility and better serve regional business workforce design needs.
I am a big fan of the “my door is always open” approach, and this is how we can do to deliver that early in 2021.”
